Best ways to get support

For app issues, feature requests, or bug reports, use the GitHub issue tracker and include your device model, iOS version, and a short description of what happened.

If the problem is related to an order, include the order number shown in the app and whether you were using the family app, the kitchen admin app, or the admin dashboard.

Account help

You can sign out from the profile area inside the app. Customer accounts can also delete their account from the app profile when that option is available.

Deleting an account removes app access and stored contact details. Existing order records may remain in anonymized form for family kitchen history and operational records.
