Information we collect
We collect the information needed to run a private family kitchen account, including names, email addresses, optional phone numbers, and the family relationships needed for invites and access control.
We also store order information such as items ordered, timestamps, notes, and status history so family members and the person cooking can stay in sync.
How information is collected
Information is collected directly from you when you create an account, accept an invite, update a profile, place an order, or manage meals from the admin tools.
We also collect technical delivery data such as push notification tokens when needed to deliver operational updates to your device.
On the public website, we also use Vercel Web Analytics and Vercel Speed Insights to understand page performance and aggregated visit activity.
How we use information
We use account and order data to create secure accounts, manage access to a family kitchen, place and fulfill meal orders, and show status updates across the apps and web dashboard.
We do not sell personal information and we do not use personal data for third-party advertising.
Website analytics and performance measurements are used to understand which public pages are used, improve loading speed, and identify technical issues on the marketing site.
Services and sharing
Mommy's Kitchen uses Supabase for authentication, database storage, and server-side application functions. Apple Push Notification service (APNs) is used for operational notifications on iPhone.
We also use Cookiebot by Usercentrics to present the cookie consent banner, store consent choices, and allow visitors to review or change those choices later.
The public website also uses Vercel Web Analytics and Vercel Speed Insights to process limited usage and performance data for aggregated reporting and website optimization.
Service providers process data only to operate the product and provide the same or equivalent protection described in this policy.
Retention and deletion
Account details remain associated with your profile while your account is active. When you delete your account, access is removed and contact details are deleted from the active customer profile.
Past order records may be retained in anonymized form for family kitchen history, fraud prevention, and operational recordkeeping.
Your choices
You can update your profile inside the app, request or perform account deletion where available, and disable push notifications at any time in iPhone settings.
On the public website, you can review or change your cookie choices at any time through the Cookie settings link in the footer.
